We usually ship products on the same day we receive your order. Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM local time may be processed on the next business day.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

Need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout:

  • 2-Day Express: Delivery within 2 business days
  • Next Day: Delivery the next business day

Expedited shipping cut-off time is 12 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

If you're not available to receive your package, the delivery service will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery. For high-value items, a signature may be required.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes using standard postal services. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for PO box addresses.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. Take photos of the damaged package and items, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
